Help with Web Page
What is the Cookie permission that is displayed on the opening screen?
By law there has to be a cookie permission notice for you to accept or not. Broadway Church itself doesn't collect data from anyone yet. If there comes a time that we do then it will only be name and email address. Read 'Show details' on the Cookies.
Google may collect data from visitors. Just accept 'Use necessary cookies only' for the important cookies only. Some cookies are useful as when you visit my page it puts a little file on your computer/phone so when you revisit the page it doesn't keep downloading the files, hence it makes it quicker to load and navigate the pages. You shouldn't see this displayed again unless you clear your website data and cookies.
As I update the website regularly you may need to do this on a regular basis. Only clear the data if a page is not displaying correctly.
My pages not displaying correctly. Text laying on top of other text
You need to clear out the website data and cookies. On iPhones go to 'Settings', scroll down to 'Safari' and scroll down to 'Clear History and Website Data'. There will be something on Android phones to clear the data. When you visit the homepage next time you should see the cookie permission displayed once again.
In the New Edge (Windows 10)
If you want to print your own copy (in mono or colour) please select the 'print' version. The file will be displayed on your screen. Look for the printer icon top right of screen. Select it (or press Ctrl and 'p' keys simultaneously) and the printer is displayed. Select your options (colour, duplex (both sides of paper) or single sheet) and print. (Landscape is automatic selected but change if Portrait is selected).
In Internet Explorer when you click on 'Print' on the web page it displays the magazine on your screen. A box is displayed at bottom of screen to enable you to select print. If there is no box just move your cursor to bottom of screen to display the box.
In Google Chrome you have to save the file (automatic) and when the file opens select print icon near top left corner. Requires Adobe Reader.
From a iPad, and you have a network printer, top of screen look for a square icon with an upright arrow in middle. If it finds your printer then print after checking settings displayed.
From iPone same as above but the box icon may be along bottom of screen.
